and Limited Warranty
Semurg Enterprise wishes to allow you the opportunity
to evaluate the Product, known as FRX2Any,
before buying it. To this end, Semurg Enterprise
grants you the right to use a demo version of
FRX2Any (here and after referred
to jointly and severally as "Product")
This document is a legal agreement between you
and Semurg Enterprise. By downloading or using
this Product or its documentation, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this agreement.
The Product in this package (libraries and object
code) is proprietary to Semurg Enterprise and
is protected by International Copyright Law. Semurg
Enterprise retains the title to and ownership
of the Product. You are licensed to use this Product
on the following terms and conditions:
LICENSE:
The license is defined as the unlimited-developer
utilizing the Product. This license is for an
entire company, i.e. lets you license all developers
at the same physical address. Distribution of
the application(s) using FRX2Any
is royalty-free, requiring no
additional license fees. You may incorporate the
sample code into your applications.
YOU MAY NOT:
Distribute, rent, sub-license or otherwise make
available to others the software or documentation
or copies thereof, except as expressly permitted
in this License without prior written consent
from Semurg Enterprise. In the case of an authorized
transfer, the transferee must agree to be bound
by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
RESTRICTIONS:
You may use this Product in your business application
for sale or distribution as long as:
The product that you produce and/or distribute
is NOT a software development product, a product
that is sold primarily to software developers
or system integrators or a development environment
of any kind. Please contact Semurg Enterprise
for special commercial licensing provisions in
these circumstances.
The Product serial number and User name must
be registered with Semurg Enterprise in order
to receive support or distribution rights.
You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels,
and trademarks on the Product or documentation.
You may not modify, de-compile, disassemble and
reverse engineer the software.

TERM:
You may terminate your License and this Agreement
at anytime by destroying all copies of the Product
and Product Documentation. They will also terminate
automatically if you fail to comply with any term
or condition in this Agreement.
APPLICABLE LAW:
This agreement shall be governed by the Laws
of Canada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction
of the Courts of Canada.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: \
Any dispute or difference arising in connection
with this agreement shall be submitted to arbitration
in accordance with, and subject to, the Rules
for the Conduct of Commercial Arbitrations of
Canada. During such arbitration, both parties
may be represented by a duly qualified legal practitioner.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
THE PRODUCT AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS
(INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) ARE PROVIDED
"AS IS". SEMURG ENTERPRISE DOES NOT
WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS
REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE, OF THE
PRODUCT OR WRITTEN MATERIALS IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS,
ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENT, OR OTHERWISE.
YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND
PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Semurg Enterprise does not warrant that the Product
will meet your requirements, that operation of
the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free,
or that all Product errors will be corrected.
Semurg Enterprise is not responsible for problems
caused by changes in the operating characteristics
of computer hardware or computer operating systems
which are made after the release of the Product
nor for problems in the interaction of the Product
with non-Semurg Enterprise-Software. Semurg Enterprise
will have no responsibility to replace or refund
the license fee for media damaged by accident,
abuse or misapplication.
Semurg Enterprise warrants that the media on
which the Program is furnished will be free from
any defects in materials. Exclusive remedy in
the event of a defect is expressly limited to
the replacement of media. In no event shall Semurg
Enterprise or anyone else who has been involved
in the creation, development, production, or delivery
of this software be liable for any direct, incidental
or consequential damages, such as, but not limited
to, loss of anticipated profits, benefits, use,
or data resulting from the use of this Product,
or arising out of any breach of warranty.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Trial version of the Product is fully functional,
and you have every opportunity to try Product
free of charge. For this reason, all sales are
final: once purchased, no payment may be returned/refunded.
ReportDepot License Agreement and Limited
Warranty
Semurg Enterprise wishes to allow you the opportunity
to evaluate the Product, known as ReportDepot,
before baying it. To this end, Semurg Enterprise
grant you the right to use a demo version of ReportDepot
(here and after referred to jointly and severally
as "Product")
This document is a legal agreement between you
and Semurg Enterprise. By downloading or using
this Product or its documentation, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this agreement.
The Product in this package (compiled code) is
proprietary to Semurg Enterprise and is protected
by International Copyright Law. Semurg Enterprise
retains the title to and ownership of the Product.
You are licensed to use this Product on the following
terms and conditions:
LICENSE:
Product is licensed on a Concurrent User basis.
Under the terms of a Concurrent User License,
you may install an unlimited number of copies
of the Product within one specified site (company).
A Concurrent User License allows the Product to
be used by more than one user at the same site,
but limits the number of simultaneous users to
the number of licenses purchased. A non-human
operated device is counted as a Concurrent User
if such device utilizes the Product.
YOU MAY NOT:
Distribute, rent, sub-license or otherwise make
available to others the software or documentation
or copies thereof, except as expressly permitted

from Semurg Enterprise. In the case of an authorized
