If you want to ensure you have the latest version of FRX2Any or ReportDepot, you can obtain it from download section. That version of FRX2Any & ReportDepot will contain the latest improvements and / or some bug fixes. It is most likely unnecessary to download that Class Library unless our support staff has recommended it.

FRX2Any

We use a subscription model for upgrades*. A 12-month subscription is included with your FRX2Any license purchase. Subscription can be purchased for 20% of retail price. FRX2Any Upgrade subscription is required in order to receive product updates, version upgrades, and e-mail support.

*There is only one case when we can charge additional fee for update - if we will add new module in FRX2Any

ReportDepot

For ReportDepot we use a subscription model for update/support. The ReportDepot Subscription includes product updates, version upgrades, and unlimited e-mail support. A 12-month subscription is included with your ReportDepot license purchase. Annual subscriptions are optional, however, highly recommended. ReportDepot Subscriptions can be purchased for 20% of retail price. A ReportDepot Subscription is required in order to receive product updates, version upgrades, and e-mail support.
