If you want to ensure you have the latest version of FRX2Any or ReportDepot, you can obtain it from download section. That version of FRX2Any & ReportDepot will contain the latest improvements and / or some bug fixes. It is most likely unnecessary to download that Class Library unless our support staff has recommended it.

We don't use a subscription model for update/support, we do it for free*.
If you are FRX2Any SINGLE edition or FRX2Any STANDARD edition user simply download latest version and use it.

If you are FRX2Any DEVELOPER edition or FRX2Any SINGLE DEVELOPER edition user send us a request in order to get latest FRX2Any DEVELOPER edition or FRX2Any SINGLE DEVELOPER edition version.

If you decided to upgrade your FRX2Any SINGLE to FRX2Any STANDARD / FRX2Any SINGLE DEVELOPER / FRX2Any DEVELOPER or FRX2Any STANDARD to FRX2Any SINGLE DEVELOPER / FRX2Any DEVELOPER all you need to do - just pay difference between price paid and price of FRX2Any STANDARD / FRX2Any SINGLE DEVELOPER / FRX2Any DEVELOPER edition version.

*There is only one case when we can charge additional fee for update - if we will add new module in FRX2Any

ReportDepot

For ReportDepot we use a subscription model for update/support. The ReportDepot Subscription includes product updates, version upgrades, and unlimited e-mail support. A 12-month subscription is included with your ReportDepot license purchase. Annual subscriptions are optional, however, highly recommended. ReportDepot Subscriptions can be purchased for 20% of retail price. A ReportDepot Subscription is required by customers in order to receive product updates, version upgrades, and e-mail support.
